Recently my aunt gave our classroom a donation :) We were able to buy almost 50 books for our classroom! Thanks a bunch Aunt Gail! We really appreciate it, and are excited to dive in to all our new books :)
I'm glad you are excited about the new books. I hope that you read many of them. How about a class challenge? How many books from your Battle of the Books list can each of you read by Christmas? Give me your goal, and I will find a surprise for you in January if you meet or exceed your goal.
We think we could as a whole class read 75 Battle Books by Christmas. That is about 3-4 battle books per person. Do you think we could do it? We are up for the challenge!
